APC Publication Fees

Publication Policy

The journal is published on a quarterly basis, issuing four regular issues per year in:

  • March
  • June
  • September
  • December

The journal accepts original scientific manuscripts throughout the year within its scope and subject areas. All submissions undergo a rigorous peer-review process in accordance with recognized academic quality standards.

Publication Fees

  • International Authors (Outside Iraq): Manuscripts submitted by international authors are eligible for free publication. No publication fees are charged upon acceptance.
  • Local Authors (Within Iraq): A publication fee of 125,000 Iraqi Dinars (IQD) is charged for accepted manuscripts. The fee is payable only after the manuscript has successfully completed the peer-review process and received final acceptance.

The journal does not charge any submission or peer-review fees. Publication fees, where applicable, are collected only after final acceptance of the manuscript.
